John,

We’re witnessing a massive global bee die-off and we need your support to take on the toxic pesticides causing it!

Many of our precious pollinators — like honeybees, American bumblebees and Monarch butterflies — have suffered and declined in recent years from the aggressive use of agricultural pesticides. Some of the worst offenders are known as neonicotinoids (neonics).

That's why Food & Water Watch is mobilizing to save the bees!

It will take bold action — like banning the use of dangerous neonics — to protect vulnerable species of bees from the brink of extinction and give our precious pollinators the lifeline they deserve. Will you donate today to help save the bees? Yes! I will donate  to help protect the bees — and have my donation double-matched!

Bumblebees are amazing pollinators. They can forage in cool, unfavorable weather better than other bees. Bumblebees pollinate many wildflower species that birds and small mammals rely on for food, and they are very efficient on greenhouse-grown crops like tomatoes and strawberries. Losing them and other pollinators would decimate our food chain.

Existing regulations and protections are entirely inadequate to protect American bumblebees, honeybees and other endangered pollinators from extinction. The science is clear: Our reliance on dangerous pesticides like neonics is driving many species of pollinators to the brink of extinction.

Protecting pollinators from deadly pesticides requires all of us to speak out before they’re gone forever. As the Saving America’s Pollinators Act is about to be reintroduced in Congress, Food & Water Watch is calling on state and local governments to ban the use of bee-killing pesticides, and hold the EPA and Big Ag accountable. We need to protect bees, preserve our food system and save our communities.

Will you join the fight to help save the bees and other pollinators from the neonics? Yes, I’ll donate today to fight Big Ag, and have my donation double-matched!
