Last week, all 50 Senate Democrats voted to advance the For the People Act—game-changing legislation to unrig our democracy and protect the right to vote.

But it wasn’t enough. Senate Republicans voted in lock-step to filibuster the bill. They refused to even allow a debate on the merits of this legislation.

Let’s be clear: This was a serious setback. But our work is far from over. We need Americans across our country to stand up, get loud, and protect our democracy.
