Friend,
Today, the people of North Carolina won! AG Josh Stein announced that North Carolina is the first state in the country to hold JUUL accountable for its role in creating a youth vaping epidemic.
For years, JUUL targeted young people, including teens, with its highly addictive e-cigarette. It lit the spark and fanned the flames of a vaping epidemic among our children – one that you can see in any high school in North Carolina.
JUUL has agreed to pay $40 million to the state of North Carolina and make drastic changes to the way it conducts business. This agreement will go a long way in stemming the growing epidemic and funding programs to help young people quit.
As the father of two teenagers and a young adult, Josh knows what this victory will mean to the people of North Carolina. Will you sign our Thank You card and let Josh know what this victory means to you?
As North Carolina’s Attorney General, Josh will never stop fighting to protect our children. Sign our card and say “Thank you” to Josh for holding JUUL accountable and fighting to prevent another generation of young people from becoming addicted to nicotine.
