The Center for Democracy & Technology (CDT) advocates for the digital rights of all. We advance data privacy and online speech, and work to reduce bias and inequity in algorithms and limit government surveillance. We serve as translators between technologists and policymakers, and offer counsel and guidance in legislation, regulation, and corporate policies. CDT is the leading nonpartisan, multi-stakeholder convener and a trusted and measured voice in the tech policy space.
