We heard it. You heard it. We all heard it, but that didn’t stop us from saying a collective “what the ….” at what tumbled out of President’ Biden’s mouth on the 2nd Amendment:
“From the day [The Second Amendment] passed, it limited the type of people that could own a gun and what type of gun you could own. You couldn’t own a cannon … Those who say the blood of Patriots, you know, and all the stuff about how we’re gonna have to move against the government. . . . If you think you need to have weapons to take on the government, you need F-15s and maybe some nuclear weapons.”
-President Joe Biden, June 23, 2021 at a press conference on gun violence.
Yeah. He said that. And if the 2nd Amendment community isn’t just a bit frightened as to what this portends for our future as gun owners, they should be! We have a lot of stuff on our President and his abject contempt for and ignorance of the Constitution. Read it all below and note his comments on cannons!
