Fight for $15

**************************
John,

When I say $15/hr and a union, I mean it. $15 is the bare minimum we need to live, but having union rights is how we guarantee justice.

Justice isn't just making enough to support our families -- it's also living in communities with clean water and clean air, and fighting climate change so our kids have a better future. President Biden's plan to encourage electric vehicle production is a part of that.

But the biggest name in electric vehicles -- Elon Musk and his company Tesla -- is a union buster, and has even been forced to reinstate workers, with backpay, that Tesla illegally fired to prevent union organizing.

Defend union rights for all, especially those working to fight climate change and keep our communities healthy. SIGN NOW >> [[link removed]]

When the pandemic started, they called McDonald's workers like me "essential", but sent us to work without adequate PPE, without sick leave, and with poverty wages. Similarly, Musk sent workers back to Tesla factories against state orders so he could keep profiting while workers struggled to stay safe.

Hundreds of Tesla workers here in California got sick. And because Tesla's employees weren't unionized, they didn't have a choice: risk getting Covid-19 or risk getting fired.

Biden's American Jobs Plan offers a chance to change that. It can create jobs with good wages and work to protect workers like us from union busting and corporate greed.

ALL workers deserve the job security and safety that a union provides. SIGN NOW and make sure corporations can't continue to exploit workers. [[link removed]]
