On Wednesday, we’ll lay our cards on the table and publish our fundraising totals for the world to see. National Republicans, dark money groups, and the Republican supermajority here in the KS legislature will all be watching that report to gauge our grassroots strength.

While my Democratic colleagues and I were hard at work passing the American Rescue Plan to help tens of millions of hurting American families, Republicans in Congress were nowhere to be found.

Instead, GOP dark money groups launched ads attacking us for passing COVID relief and the Kansas Republican Party continued their plot to gerrymander us out of Congress.

Now, all eyes will be on our FEC fundraising report as GOP mega-donors and dark money groups decide which races to focus their funding and attacks on.
