I’ve got some bad news, folks —

Look, I’m not here to fool you with fake astronomical goals or beg you for a donation because the “sky is falling!” That’s not how I do things.

But I am here to give you the honest-to-God truth: At the pace we’re going, we won’t reach our critical end-of-quarter fundraising goal in three days.

Last quarter, we reported raising less than other Senate frontliners. That makes our campaign vulnerable. And it can’t happen again or else Mitch McConnell could pounce on this race.
