Today marks the fifth anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court's historic decision in our case, Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt, which struck down a Texas law designed to shutter most of the state's abortion clinics.

This year, as we celebrate this momentous ruling, we are preparing to head to the Supreme Court yet again—and this time the stakes are even higher.

Reproductive rights are on the line, and we're relying on your partnership to take on this epic battle. That's why I'm so excited to tell you that when you make a gift before midnight on June 30, a group of Center donors has pledged to match it TEN TO ONE, up to $125,000.

The Supreme Court's decision in Whole Woman's Health reaffirmed the constitutional right to abortion and made clear that this right is meaningless without access. Our victory in this case did not end the fight, but it did establish a powerful tool to challenge the hundreds of sham laws restricting abortion access across the country.

It also set the stage for our victory just last year in our case, June Medical Services v. Russo, when the Supreme Court struck down a Louisiana law that was identical to the Texas law struck down in Whole Woman's Health.

Now, we're heading back to the Supreme Court, this time challenging a Mississippi abortion ban that poses a direct challenge to the bedrock rights that have been protected for nearly half a century under Roe v. Wade.

We're up against a coordinated, aggressive national strategy executed by anti-abortion politicians in an attempt to overturn Roe and outlaw abortion entirely—but we won't back down.
