In less than one week we close the books on our first official fundraising deadline of Cheri’s campaign for Senate.
And when this deadline ends, we are legally required to report our fundraising numbers. We’ll do it if they are good, and we’ll do it if they are not. And right now we are hoping for A LOT more donations before this quarter ends.
Because the truth is, everyone will be watching — the press, our primary opponents, and the Republican Party. They’ll all want to know if we have what it takes to expand Democrats’ majority and make history by electing the third African American woman to the U.S. Senate.
Those are the stakes. So what do you say?
This deadline is not just about how much money we raise — although that is obviously very important. It’s about how many individual donations we receive. We know we can do this if you are with us.
