• Voting Rights. Terri is a leading voice in the fight for expanding and protecting voting rights. As the lead sponsor of the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, which responds to current voter suppression tactics and restores and strengthens the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
• Democratic Majority in the House and Senate. Republicans only need to pick up 5 seats to gain a majority in the House and we can’t let AL-07 be one of them! Terri is the only Democrat representing Alabama in Congress and we need to protect this seat at all costs.
• Economic Recovery for families across Alabama. Terri fought to expand the Child Tax Credit in the American Rescue plan that provides hardworking families with the relief they need in the form of direct payments.
