Our team is committed to leading the charge on organizing in our community. We’ve already hired our Organizing Director -- earlier than ever before on this campaign! But friends, I want to do even more. We are looking to bring on a youth constituency organizer and a Latinx constituency organizer next month, but we need the resources to be able to hire them.

We have a strong story to tell and we know that youth voters and Latinx communities share our values. Recent polling helped us learn that if we spend more time engaging with them sooner, we can see even stronger turnout from those two voting blocs.

That’s why we made a commitment to hiring two full time organizers to be in charge of engaging with those constituencies.
