John,

I’m incredibly disappointed that the For The People Act will not pass the Senate. Not because it couldn’t pass, but because a handful of Republican senators decided to take a stand against voting rights.

I believe in this bill because I believe in us. I believe in the principle of one person, one vote. I believe that, when the playing field is even and everyone has a chance to vote, this country makes great strides toward justice and equality.

The For The People Act is not dead. We will introduce landmark voting rights legislation again. It will pass the House again, and this time, it will make it to President Biden’s desk. To do that, we need to build our majorities in the House and Senate.

DONATE NOW FOR VOTING RIGHTS

The road to doing that runs right through Georgia. We have to have strong campaigns in every corner of our state if we’re going to build up and defend Senator Warnock’s seat. If you agree, please give today. It’s never mattered more.
