Indivisibles,

This just in: next week, we’re launching a massive digital ad campaign to
pressure key Republican Senators on impeachment.

It’s the Senate’s job to hold a fair and transparent impeachment trial.
But the GOP has shown us they’re not interested in fairness -- they want
to give Trump a pass for all his crimes. That’s why these ads are so
important: the only way to get Senators to listen is with a ton of intense
pressure from constituents.

We’ve budgeted $286,000 for these targeted ads in key states across the
country, and we need your help to cover the cost before we launch next
week. [ [link removed] ]Click here to donate $10 tonight to fund ads supporting
impeachment, pressure Senate Republicans, and support all of Indivisible
Action’s work.

The remarkable shift in the House on impeachment was made possible by two
years of pressure from Indivisibles nationwide. We know our movement has
what it takes to make an impact on major issues like this, and we know who
we need to turn our attention to next. We’ve identified 13 key Senators
who need to hear the message about Trump’s crimes:

Cory Gardner, R-CO Johnny Isakson, R-GA
Susan Collins, R-ME Pat Roberts, R-KS
Martha McSally, R-AZ Mitt Romney, R-UT
Thom Tillis, R-NC Ben Sasse, R-NE
John Cornyn, R-TX Steve Daines, R-MT
David Perdue, R-GA Dan Sullivan, R-AK
Joni Ernst, R-IA

These Senators took an oath of office to uphold the Constitution, and they
need to put democracy before party and commit to a fair and transparent
impeachment trial in the Senate. And based on our analysis, we believe
they’re the most likely to be shiftable, some because they have a record
of being (frankly) rational, some because they’re in tough re-election
fights next year, and some because they’re retiring and worrying a lot
about their legacies.

The truth isn’t red or blue: Trump used U.S. military aid as a bargaining
chip to pressure Ukraine into interfering in the 2020 elections, and he
tried to cover it up. If an average person did this, they would go to
jail.

This is far from the only work we’re doing on impeachment (we emailed a
few days ago about Hubdialer, our call tool, for example), and we’ll be in
touch over the coming days with more information. But for now, if you can
chip in even a few dollars to support these ads, it’ll make a big
difference in our work. As a reminder, we don’t take money from political
parties or candidates, and grassroots gifts are our single biggest source
of income -- so we literally can’t do this without you.

[ [link removed] ]Please: make a gift today to fund our ads, pressure Senators to
remember their commitment to the Constitution, and support all our crucial
work. This is a $286,000 program that can make a massive difference, but
only with your help.

We’ve been working for years to move forward on impeachment, and we
couldn’t have done it without your support. Now, let’s make this vote as
consequential as possible for these Senate Republicans. Thank you.

In solidarity,
Indivisible Team
