Hi John,

This week the Senate failed to pass sweeping democracy reforms, after debate was blocked on the For the People Act voting rights bill.

But that doesn’t mean the bill is done. We are going to continue to fight for a fairer, more equitable democracy, because protecting our air, water and climate depend on it.

That’s why, it’s more important than ever for Americans from across the nation to engage their communities and show strong support for the most sweeping democracy bill in a generation!

We are pleased to support Freedom Rides for Voting Rights, a voter outreach campaign and bus tour to engage Black voters and build Black voting power across the South.

Please join them today (Saturday June 26th) at the National Mall between 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST to discuss the issues impacting our communities and draw attention and engagement to combat this voter suppression movement that many states are now facing.

When: Wednesday, June 26th
Time: 12:00 – 4:00 PM EST
Where: The National Mall (Between 3rd & 4th Street)

Thank you for supporting common sense democracy reforms that help us advocate for clean air, water and a healthier climate.

Thank you for your leadership,

Wes Rogerson
