October has not been kind to Bernie Sanders and his family. Despite that, Bernie says he is ready to resume the campaign and will participate in the October 15 Debate. There is ample free parking in the ramp on the 300 block of E 1 st St. Take the skywalk into the Sheraton Hotel and the elevator down to Superior St. Carmody’s is right across the sandbox that used to be Superior St.

We will have locally produced buttons and “Twin Ports for Bernie” bumper stickers available. It is not too early now to begin the work of finding more folks that are willing to talk to their friends and neighbors about getting to the polls on March 3, 2020 to vote for Bernie in the MN Presidential Primary. The WI primary is April 7.

Our local Bernie group is a committee of the Twin Ports Democratic Socialists of America. Our monthly meetings are every 4 th Sunday from 4-6pm at the Central Hillside Community Center (12 E 4 th St, Duluth) Anyone is welcome to attend and if you decide to join, dues are minimal.
