The radical Left wants to SEIZE CONTROL of our elections.

ACLJ Senior Counsel for Global Policy Mike Pompeo (and former Secretary of State) called the ironically named "For the People Act" a "socialist wish list."

The bill would UPEND our democratic republic, rob states of their authority in the election process, and enshrine into law EVERYTHING that went wrong in the 2020 elections.

Adding insult to injury, this legislation would repeal a rule stopping the IRS from targeting conservatives – something we sued the Obama IRS for doing, AND WON.

The radical Left failed in their first try in the Senate this week, but Senator Schumer promised this nightmare legislation WILL BE BACK.

This UNCONSTITUTIONAL THREAT must be utterly rejected.
