I just wanted to make sure you saw this email from my team. (Forwarding it below.) We’re now only hours away from our fundraising deadline and are over $15,000 short of reaching our goal.
John, our movement is growing and the influence we’re gaining in state legislatures and local politics is undeniable. Standing together, we will retake our nation and protect liberty for future generations.
Some of us haven’t forgotten what it means to be an American. When our sacred freedoms are in jeopardy, we lay everything on the line to defend them.
You were made for just such a time as this.

Mark,
I wanted to provide you with a quick progress update on the Convention of States movement in 2021.
We’ve been working tirelessly across the country to enact the only plan to bypass Biden and Congress — allowing the states to roadblock threats like Supreme Court packing, adding states, gun control, electoral takeover, and the "Critical Race Theory” infiltrating our schools today.
Already this year, we’ve made important steps towards calling a Convention of States:
SC - Passed out of the full House with 66 Ayes to 42 Nays! NC - Passed out of the full House with 60 Ayes to 56 Nays! WI - Landslide full Assembly victory of 58-36! PA - Just filed with 20 sponsors and bipartisan support! IA - Passed State Government subcommittees in both the House and Senate KS - Passed Senate Committee on Federal and State Affairs 7- 2 NH - Just filed the resolution (both chambers in NH flipped from Dem to Rep control in 2020)! WV - Passed out of the Senate with an overwhelming voice vote! WY - Passed out of the Senate Committee on Minerals, Business & Economic Development 3-2. IL - Just filed with 35 cosponsors and bi-partisan support! OK - Passed a bill honoring our late Senior Advisor US Senator Tom Coburn and his life’s work, re-affirming the COS passage in OK. MN - Just filed in both the House and Senate with 15 cosponsors! MI - Just filed in the House with an incredible 25 cosponsors! OH - Held a huge rally at the Statehouse and has filed our resolution with 2 primary sponsors and 15 co-sponsors. NE - Our resolution passed the Senate Government, Military and Veterans Affairs Committee by a 5-3 vote! MO - Passed through the Senate 23-11 and through the House 89-64!!
15 out of the required 34 states have already passed the COS resolution. Now, we are working to get the next state passed while also recruiting a million more activists to engage in the ONLY solution as big as the problems facing our nation.
With the Democratic Party mobilizing against us, the opposition keeps getting stronger.
