I was crunching some numbers ahead of our June 30 FEC deadline, and pulled
a statistic that I wanted to share with you.

Donations from emails like this one make up more than 30% of all donations
received by our campaign.

That is a powerful number.
Not many campaigns can say that nearly one-third of all their donations
come from grassroots, small-dollar donors. And not many can say that they
don’t accept a single cent from corporate PACs or lobbyists.

That’s what makes this movement so special. It’s a movement funded by $1,
$3, and $10 donations, given by teachers, nurses, retirees, and restaurant
workers who are giving all they can because they believe in our fight for
a $15 minimum wage, Medicare for All, and a Green New Deal.
