This deadline is a big deal for our campaign (and so is the bet!). After the end of the month, we’ll have to make all of our fundraising numbers public — just as Mitch McConnell and his shady mega-donors make strategic decisions about the Senate races they’re targeting.

I’m the only Senator running for re-election who’s refusing to accept corporate PAC and federal lobbyist money. That already puts us at a fundraising disadvantage compared to all the other campaigns McConnell could target.

If we come up short next week, you can bet McConnell will zero in on our campaign and launch a round of nasty attacks. That’s why it’s critical we report the strongest numbers possible and lay the groundwork for victory.
