I am writing both to thank you for your support of WomenHeart as a donor and to request your help as we develop a strategic plan to advance WomenHeart’s mission and establish our vision for the future. 

WomenHeart has engaged Sapphire Consulting to help us develop a new strategic plan. As part of that process, Sapphire is surveying key stakeholders to understand their insights, observations, and suggestions for WomenHeart.

Your opinion and feedback are extremely important to us, and we hope you will participate in a survey of donors. Survey responses are confidential – Sapphire does not attribute specific comments to a particular person. Donors who are also WomenHeart Champions may receive a second survey to ask them about their volunteer experience.
