Dear John,
We’re thrilled to announce that registration is now open for Ntosake 2021, Women Together in Power: Fearless, Determined — No Permission Required!
Ntosake is a women’s leadership training and development program from Gamaliel Network. Attendees will be trained to become more powerful leaders in the public arena in one of five tracks:
First Level Cohort: This is my first time to Ntosake, or “I am being called upon to move beyond ‘worker bee’ to a group leader and I need this time to reflect upon and declare my path to power.” Second Level Cohort: I have participated in Ntosake and Weeklong (both are required). I am a team leader (core team, task force, fundraising etc.) in my organization. I am fearless and determined but find myself asking for permission. Third Level Cohort: I have participated in Ntosake, Weeklong and advanced trainings. I am a team leader in my organization and I am part of my overall leadership team (board, strategic planning etc.). I participate in national campaigns. I am fearless, determined and no permission required. The political arena may be in my path to power. The “Formally Incarcerated” Cohort, sponsored by Rev. Catoya Roberts. There are ten slots in this track reserved for the members of the Wisconsin cohort. Ten additional slots are available for others in the Gamaliel network. Ntosake training track for monolingual Spanish speakers.
This year’s training will be hosted by the Ntosake Prides of Illinois and Iowa. We will gather September 22-25, 2021 in Carlinville, IL (approximately 60 miles from St. Louis).*
Registration fees are $395 for a double room and $495 for a single room. Registration includes hotel accommodations, dinner Wednesday, all three meals Thursday and Friday, breakfast and lunch Saturday.
