Hope you're having a wonderful start
to your summer comrades! Detroit DSA supports this petition in solidarity with Wayne State
workers of the AAUP Local 6075 in their fight against austerity! Our
steering committee and labor working group voted unanimously to sign
this petition in support and encourage all Detroit DSA members to sign
and share as well. Detroit DSA member Danielle Aubert recently elected
president of the AAUP and other DSA members in that union
are asking for as many signatures as possible from the community.
Let’s stand with Wayne State workers against the boss’
greed!
Solidarity
forever,
Detroit DSA

Socialist Night School: Capitalism and The State Tuesday, June
29th, 6:30PM-8PM
Join Metro Detroit DSA as we explore how capitalists dominate
our state, from the individual politician to the government as a
whole, and how we can fight them through it.
Detroit DSA is a 1200+ member funded
organization. We receive no money from outside sources so we can say
things like "Defund the Police" and "Abolish ICE" without losing
funding, and we will always act democratically in the interests of our
members and the working class! If you're able to, we ask that you make monthly
contributions as they more directly benefit our chapter. Thank you for
whatever amount you're able to contribute!
If you're ready to join our fight for workers
everywhere, go here: dsausa.org/join and send your dues receipt to [email protected]
to check!
