Right after the Cook Political Report released a report rating VA-02 as an R+1 district, the powerful Koch-funded conservative group Americans for Prosperity announced that they’re planning a potential attack campaign against Elaine with no limits on its budget.
On top of that, we’re just 5 days out from our critical FEC public deadline after which all of our fundraising numbers will be released -- if we look vulnerable, outside groups will flood this race with even more resources to try and flip this seat.
