Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said he is "100 percent" focused "on stopping" President Biden's administration, while another member of his leadership team said he wants to "make Joe Biden a one-half-term president." It's clear that Congressional Republicans will do whatever it takes to stand in the way of progress.
