Hey Friend! Even in the middle of a deadly pandemic, ICE continues to separate families and cruelly detain people across the country. 😡
Right now, the team and I are working to release Hector Granado, an immigrant from El Salvador, from detention in Florida. Read more about him below and help us get him home!
Hector was living in Florida with his wife and 2 young kids (pictured above) when ICE arrested him outside his home. His wife, who’s a U.S citizen and domestic worker, has been struggling to provide for their 2 kids without Hector by her side. Advocates have filed a request to demand his release based on medical grounds, but ICE has ignored the request, despite Hector’s serious medical conditions. This is unacceptable!
Friend, will you take action to reunite Hector with his family?
Send a letter to Garrett J. Ripa, Miami ICE Field Office Director, to demand the release of Hector Granado from detention NOW!
As an organizer in Florida, I have witnessed the pain of families who have been separated by ICE - like Hector’s. We cannot allow ICE’s cruelty to be sweeped under the rug! Send a letter to the Miami ICE Field Office Director to DEMAND Hector Granado’s urgent release:
