Across the country, Republican Attorneys General are still plotting against the Democratic Party's plans to reverse the damage inflicted on our country by Donald Trump and to achieve progress for the American people.

They are doing everything they can to keep Trumpism alive and firing off groundless and ruthless attacks against President Biden and Democratic leadership.

The Attorneys General in Republican-controlled states like Texas and Alabama have already filed numerous lawsuits against the Biden Administration that would block Democratic progress. They are completely relentless in their attacks against reproductive justice, voting rights, humane immigration, climate action, and our democracy.

But Democratic AGs are fighting back and working hard together. We are working hard to protect voting rights by supporting pro-democracy legislation like the For The People Act; we are working to overturn harmful rules enacted during the Trump Administration, like the cruel " Gag Rule;" we are working to reinstate meaningful environmental regulations, expanding (NOT trying to eliminate!) affordable healthcare, and much more.

But if we're going to be successful in our endeavors to overhaul and recover from the Trump Administration's harmful policies, we need the support of the American people backing us.
