Join us THIS SATURDAY for our chapter's first in-person general meeting in over a year, 4-6pm at Park Avenue Baptist Church, 486 Park Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30312! All vaccinated members are encouraged to attend in-person, and interested non-members are welcome. This meeting will be primarily held in-person in a hybrid format, with a livestream available for members to remotely participate. At the meeting we’ll first be discussing an update to the standing rules to formalize the new hybrid/proxy voting procedure, as well as simplify the rules generally with a few other tweaks. We’ll also be discussing a resolution “Defend the Forest and Stop Cop City,” as well as having breakout group discussions with our different branches.

Come out this Sunday, June 27th at 2:00 PM, to Ralph David Abernathy Plaza for a Vote Rogelio canvass with Atlanta DSA! We're knocking doors, reaching out to fourth district voters and asking them to Vote Rogelio. No prior canvassing experience needed!

Water and snacks will be provided—just make sure to download the miniVAN app ahead of time, wear a mask, and bring a friend.
