"Maybe this little test case with the Orphan Drug Act and my interaction with Representative Carter is just like a baby step toward getting at people saying the truth. If we just take little steps like that, to say, 'No, you know what? I’m not going to keep passing on disinformation. I’m not going to keep passing on the lie. Your constituents are owed more. My constituents are owed more.'"
