Dear John,

Trans youth have been left with the challenge of how to celebrate Pride when there is so much heinous legislation directed towards us. This year has set a record for the number of anti-trans bills in circulation among state legislatures. Over 100 harmful bills have been introduced and many have already been signed into law.

Take action for trans youth by reading and sharing our “No Pride Without Trans Youth” zine, led by the expertise of trans and nonbinary young people. The zine illustrates, in the words of trans youth, what we saw, felt and learned this legislative session, as well as how we need to prepare for the future.

For the past year, so many activists have meaningfully spoken up in defense of trans youth. It’s time that people listen and uplift the leadership and power of trans youth directly, too. We are the vanguard of our movements.

Trans youth all across the country are already helping lead efforts to stop dangerous legislation, including bravely testifying with our personal stories, being vocal online, and creating calls to action for allies. 

It’s up to supporters like you to amplify our work. Share our “No Pride Without Trans Youth” zine today.
