Have you booked your travel for SPN's 29th Annual Meeting yet? We have some tips for making the most of your time and trip.

1. Plan Your Schedule

SPN's 29th Annual Meeting officially kicks off the afternoon of Monday, August 30, with the Welcome to the Sunshine State reception hosted by The James Madison Institute.

Sessions to note:
Pre-conference sessions, Monday, August 30: Check out the lineup to see if you should arrive early in order to attend.

Annual Awards Dinner & Presentation, Wednesday, September 1: It’s going to be the biggest Network celebration of the week, so be sure to set your check-out date to Thursday, September 2, so you can be there!

2. Make Your Hotel Reservation

Rooms are available at the host hotel, the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, as well as the nearby Ritz Carlton. The SPN group rate at both hotels is $199 per night plus fees and taxes. Rooms at the Ritz Carlton are limited, so if you're interested, book soon.

3. Book Your Flights

Flight schedules have not yet returned to pre-pandemic frequency, and flights often fill up in advance. If you're flying to Orlando, book your flight early to ensure you get your preferred travel times (and seats). Visit our travel page for information about airports, transportation options, and on-site parking.

4. Mark Your Calendar: Tuesday Dinner Reservations

Our "Choose Your Own Adventure" State Night (Tuesday, August 31) includes an option for transportation to Downtown Disney. Non-Disney guests can make dinner reservations beginning Friday, July 2 (60 days in advance), so consider booking a table in advance as reservations can fill up quickly.

5. Complete Your Registration for Annual Meeting

While you're making plans to join us in Orlando, FL, don't forget the most important booking—your SPN Annual Meeting registration! Register now to take advantage of advance benefits, like our soon-to-be released online Networking Appointment Scheduler that allows you to view participants' availability and set up meetings in advance.
