Folks, this week Republicans used the filibuster to block the For the People Act from advancing in the Senate.

I’m writing today to tell you: don’t lose hope.

Majority Leader Schumer put it well, "In the fight for voting rights, this vote was the starting gun, not the finish line.”

Friends, we’re just getting started. House Democrats are united in the fight for our democracy. We’re going to secure our elections, expand ballot access, and do everything we can to make it easier -- not harder -- for people to vote.

That’s why we must hold our Democratic House Majority and this battleground seat.

National Republicans are already targeting me, but together, I know we have what it takes to overcome their attacks. Will you join me in the fight to keep this district blue and defend our democracy by chipping in $25 today?

I’m not giving up -- and I know you won’t either.
