Incredible pro-life achievements across the states

Incredibly, more than 500 pro-life bills have been introduced in state houses across the nation just this year.

Take a minute to understand that number! If we averaged that achievement out over our 50 states, we would see that the average state saw over ten pro-life bills.

While a smaller number of those bills were subsequently passed and signed into law, the overall number of bills filed by compassionate lawmakers illustrate the passion and depth of advocacy of diverse Americans  interested in reclaiming our basic human rights.

While the top legal and policy team at Americans United for Life cannot give expert testimony on every bill, we have carefully targeted our efforts to have the most impact on passing laws that will save lives. Among our most targeted efforts this year has been to establish regulation of the new dangerous forefront of the abortion industry: chemical abortion.
