John, can you believe that it's almost July? This year has gone by fast and
it's so encouraging to see Ohio opening back up as we emerge from the pandemic
that impacted all of us so much.

 

The state is continuing to set records for new businesses that are being
created. In April, Ohioans beat expectations by recording another monthly
record in new business filings with 22,176 new business filings, rocketing past
20,000 for the first time in Ohio history.

 

We'll have many more details soon about Gov. Mike DeWine's re-election efforts
but for now we're focused on finishing our mid-year fundraising drive with a
strong number. This is critical in showing the strength of our resolve to keep
the governor's office in Republican hands.

 

The Democrat candidates are out there attacking Gov. DeWine daily and we'll
need the resources to push back and rally Ohioans to vote for Republican
candidates up and down the ballot.
