Attorneys for the 21 Juliana v. United States youth plaintiffs are headed to court TOMORROW for oral arguments on the motion to amend their complaint…and you can listen in! 

Be there to witness this next important moment as our youth and their lawyers move this historic case forward—as it happens LIVE!
We’re hosting an online community listening party where you can join fellow Juliana supporters and our staff to listen to the arguments while viewing images from the case, definitions for legal terms you’ll hear from the attorneys, and ideas for how you can support the youth plaintiffs as their case moves forward.

Over the course of one to two hours, Our Children’s Trust attorneys for the youth plaintiffs will present their arguments in front of U.S. District Court Judge Ann Aiken, while attorneys for President Biden’s Department of Justice will oppose the plaintiffs’ motion, trying to prevent these young Americans' right to have their evidence heard at trial. Tune in to support the brave Juliana youth plaintiffs as they argue to secure their constitutional right to a safe climate!
