At North Carolinians Against Gun Violence, we share your heartbreak over every firearm related death. Gun violence has long been a public health crisis, and the pandemic has only worsened the situation. 2020 was the most violent year in the 21st century in NC and nationally.

Like you, we want to make our state a safer place for everyone, whether that’s by advocating for smarter gun legislation, working on community violence interrupter programs, or handing out gun locks at community events.
