Logo:  Change: Add butterfly to MOGP logo [Don]

Elect representatives to GPUS  (3 delegates, 1 alternate) (1st delegate chosen from elected delegates)

Elect:  State-wide officers of MOGP  (Chair, Outreach, Secretary, Treasurer, possibly Elections)
