It is a simple question:
“Do you think it’s appropriate for the President of the United States to solicit foreign interference in our political process?”
Unfortunately, a number of Republican Senators in close 2020 races have a difficult time answering it.
On the one hand, they know the answer… it’s NOT appropriate.
On the other hand, they are afraid Trump may tweet something mean about them and imperil their re-elections if they answer honestly.
Today, they’ve made the choice to fear Trump. But in the near future, they’ll have more to fear from us. But we can’t do it alone:
VoteVets can run ads in places most other progressive organizations can’t. That makes us critical in this fight — especially as it moves to the Senate. So thanks for chipping in. We’ll be ready.
