Fellow Conservative,
Last night, Jessica Anderson joined Just the News for a special on securing our elections and protecting your votes. This event also featured Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), Jason Snead of the Honest Elections Project, Sandy Juno who serves as the Brown County Election Director, and more.

In other big news from last night, the Senate held the cloture vote on the “For the People Act”. This vote split directly on party lines, with the 50 Democrats voting for and the 50 Republicans voting against. In order to pass, 60 Senators would have needed to vote for the bill.

This is exactly why it is crucial we continue the fight to preserve the filibuster. Without it, the Corrupt Politicians Act would have likely passed. See how your Senators voted on our scorecard.

Thank you for all of your hard work in stopping this bill and raising your voices about the Democrats' intentions in passing it.

Because of your persistence, voters will remember that Democrats’ top priorities after getting the majority for the first time in a decade included funding their campaigns with taxpayer dollars, institutionalizing ballot harvesting, and disregarding the importance (and popularity of) voter ID.
