John, we already have protections in place to prevent unhinged politicians like Donald Trump from continuing to degrade our Democracy:

Section 3 of the 14th Amendment bars public officials who swore an oath to protect the Constitution from holding office if they “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” or gave “aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”

We clearly have the grounds to BAN Trump. We just need Congress to ACT!
