We celebrated the power of our communities who fought to win and protect DACA. But 9 years of DACA also means 9 years of limbo. I have DACA, but it doesn’t give me the permanent relief that I need to feel fully protected and leaves most of our communities out. Every day, I worry of being separated from my mom and sister (who didn’t qualify for DACA) due to deportation.

We cannot let republicans hold critical relief for me, my family, and the rest of immigrant communities hostage.
