As Congress debates the next major infrastructure package, we’re watching
as Democrats negotiate away the future of comprehensive climate action.
Climate legislation is infrastructure legislation, but corporate Democrats
are missing a critical opportunity to pass an infrastructure package that
addresses the climate emergency with the urgency it deserves. America can
either invest in bold climate solutions now or pay the price of addressing
the damage down the road.

this watered-down infrastructure bill. Will you tell Congress that
transformative investments in climate, jobs, and justice are
non-negotiable for any infrastructure package?

Instead of fighting for the investment in green jobs, sustainable
infrastructure, and climate justice we need, corporate Democrats have
prioritized appeasing Republicans.

Justice Democrats have already said that they can’t vote for an
infrastructure package that excludes robust investments in clean energy,

infrastructure in a way that addresses climate change?
