We’re reaching out one last time before our 48-hour deadline expires, John. Look, we know we’ve sent a lot of emails lately. But only because it’s so important that we do everything we can to build on the momentum of our EMILY’s List endorsement. Women are under-represented in the U.S. Senate — especially in Pennsylvania, which has never sent a woman to the U.S. Senate. And when women’s voices aren’t at the decision making table, there are dire consequences — like the slate of anti-choice bills cropping up in Pennsylvania and across the country. That’s why EMILY’s List’s support is so important. They are one of the few national groups that focuses on electing pro-choice Democratic women to make sure they have a seat at the table when decisions are being made about their bodies and futures. EMILY’s List knows that Val’s experience as a physician who specialized in women’s health, a public health advocate, and a proven community leader matter. In fact, that’s part of the reason why she’s the best possible candidate to flip this seat. But first we need to build on this moment to bring in as many new supporters as possible.
