Today, the House of Commons adopted the Liberal government’s legislation to amend the Criminal Code to ban the harmful practice of anti-LGBTQ2 conversion therapy once and for all.

That’s why we’ve taken action to make Canada’s laws against conversion therapy among the most progressive and comprehensive in the world.
We will always protect and support Canadians’ rights, friend – but especially in a minority Parliament, we know that we can never take our progress for granted.
More than half of Erin O’Toole’s Conservative MPs voted to block this legislation. Thankfully, despite everything they tried, #LoveWins.
