Senate Republicans just blocked the For The People Act, a bill that safeguards our democracy and voting rights.

Even though all 50 Democrats voted in favor of advancing the bill, Republicans were able to use the Jim Crow filibuster to block it. The filibuster is standing in the way of democracy reform, climate change legislation, police reform, and so much more.

We cannot allow Mitch McConnell to hold our agenda and our democracy hostage. It’s time to end the filibuster.

The choice is clear for Joe Manchin, Kyrsten Sinema, and Senate Democrats: stand with the filibuster or with our democracy.
