Rise Up and Run! Info Session TODAY at 6:30
We are teaming up with Working Families Party DC to develop a candidate training for the upcoming 2022 elections. Elections usually favor rich, white men and we intend to change that. We ask anyone who is REMOTELY interested in running one day, especially Black, Indigenous, POC, East of the River, LGBTQ+, and working class, to join us TODAY for an info session and in July for a three week training. Sign up for the info session and apply for the July training.
DC Open Hub Meeting: June 30th at 6pm

Sunrise DC Shows Up for DC Statehood!
This morning Sunrisers joined local partners at a rally for a key racial and climate justice issue: DC statehood! We also live-tweeted the statehood bill Senate hearing. For more updates and to get involved, join #proj-dc-statehood in Slack!
