As POLITICO reports, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has “the ability to intervene and even investigate whether an indicted ‘person ought to be surrendered' to law enforcement officials from another state” -- and he's already preparing to use that power to protect Trump from extradition to New York now that NY AG Letitia James opened a criminal probe against him.
