One of my favorite things about being a Representative is delivering for working families in District 59 and throughout the state.

Right now, Democrats all across the country and at all levels of government are working hard to improve the economic conditions for everyday people.

Because the reality is that for too long, the rich have gotten richer, the poor have gotten poorer, and working people have struggled to get ahead.

At a time when half the country lives paycheck to paycheck and the American Dream of homeownership remains out of reach for millions of families -- we need political leaders who unite us around our shared economic interests rather than dividing us along cultural lines.
