Democrats aren’t waiting a second longer. Today, the Senate is having a procedural vote to advance the For the People Act — taking us one step closer to expanding voting rights and protecting our Democracy.

Here’s the problem — Mitch McConnell and his Republican cronies already vowed to block this historic piece of legislation.

Let’s be clear: Republicans are blocking the For the People Act because they know it will STOP their relentless attacks on voting rights in state legislatures across the country.
