Happy International Day of the Girl!

Three reasons to celebrate today:

1. More girls are attending and completing school than ever before.

2. 25,000,000 child marriages have been prevented in the last decade.

3. With more than 1,300,000 female users on UNICEF's U-Report, girls are tackling one of the biggest hurdles of gender equity: collecting the data that tell us what's really going on.

This progress starts with one simple thing: keeping girls in school.
